For those attending classes, we would be happy to introduce you to a babysitter.

JAS of NJ offers modern and traditional culture classes, such as: Sado (Traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony), Ikebana ( Traditional Japanese flower arranging), Japanese Arts and Crafts, just to name a few.

Saturdays 11:30am -1:30pm
(2 times a month) First and Third Week
One time trial session is available for $30. No pre-registration is required for the trial.

LANGUAGE EXCHANGE WORKSHOP

Are you interested in practicing Japanese more, making Japanese friends or getting to know more about Japanese culture? Then, Language Exchange Workshop is the best place for you.

This workshop is a monthly gathering where Japanese-language learners and Japanese English-language learners mingle for mutual cultural understanding and language exercises. In each workshop, participants engage in group work on a specific topic, and each group gives a presentation at the end of the workshop. By doing so, you can improve your language skills, talk about your own culture, and learn more about Japanese culture.

 Schedule:  Third Saturday of every month
Fees: Schedule: Sat from 1:30 to 3:00pm
JAS of NJ members attending classes: Free
JAS of NJ members not attending classes: $ 5
Non-members: $ 15
